Free delivery on orders over AED 200 within Dubai. Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2PM. Delivery to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and other Emirates available. Typical delivery time 1-3 working days.
Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST). Delivery typically within 24 hours.
Next working day in most cases. Delivery 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Items that require special handling (saddles, bulk rugs, stable equipment) may take an additional 1–2 working days — we'll confirm by WhatsApp or email.
Exact fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. Typical fee is AED 25, and delivery is free on orders over AED 200.
Once your order is dispatched we'll send you a tracking number by email. You can also see the current status at any time in your account dashboard.
Prefer to pick up your order in person? Select Collect from store at checkout. We'll message you as soon as it's ready — usually within two hours during opening times.
