What data we collect

When you place an order

• Name, email, phone number
• Delivery and billing address
• Items purchased, order value
• Payment method (card details are handled by NeoPay, we do not store them)

When you create an account

• Email and a hashed password
• Optional profile details (date of birth, preferences)
• Wishlist and saved addresses

When you use the website

• Session cookies (required for login and cart)
• Analytics data — aggregated and anonymous (pages visited, device type)
• No cross-site advertising trackers are used

How we use your data

• To fulfil your orders — delivery, invoicing, customer service
• To run our loyalty programme — calculate your tier from spending history
• To communicate with you — order confirmations, delivery updates, occasional marketing (only if you've opted in)
• To meet legal obligations — VAT records, bookkeeping

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Who we share data with

We only share data with trusted service providers who help us run the business:

• NeoPay — processes card payments (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Delivery partners — for shipping your orders (name, address, phone only)
• Accountant & tax authority — as required by UAE tax law

Each of these is bound to use your data only for the specific purpose described.

How long we keep it

• Order records and invoices: 5 years (UAE VAT requirement)
• Customer account data: while your account is active, deleted 24 months after last activity if requested
• Marketing preferences: until you withdraw consent
• Anonymous analytics: up to 13 months

Your rights

Under the UAE PDPL you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention periods)
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
• Object to specific uses of your data
