How is my tier calculated?
We add up everything you paid for over the past 366 days — today and every day going back one year. It's a rolling window, so your tier is always based on your most recent twelve months. There's no reset on 1 January.
Do I need a discount code?
No. The system recognises your account at checkout and subtracts your current tier discount automatically. In-store, your tier is looked up from your email or phone number at the till.
Does the discount combine with other offers?
Regular and sale prices yes. If a member of staff has applied a manual discount to your cart or to a specific item, the tier discount does not stack on top — you get the better of the two.
Do gift cards count toward my tier?
Yes — when you buy a gift card, the amount counts as your spend. When you later redeem a gift card, that purchase does not count (the person who bought the card already got the credit).
Does store credit from returns count?
Yes. Store credit (CV) behaves like real money — when you use it on a purchase, that purchase counts toward your tier exactly like a card or cash payment.
How do I check my current tier?
Sign in to your account to see your tier, your current 366-day spend and how far you are from the next tier. At checkout, the same summary and a progress bar are shown live before you pay.
